Techtronic Learning provides industrial automation training and consulting services. Our training may include topics such as Siemens PLCs, SIMATIC STEP 7, TIA Portal, WinCC, SCADA, HMI, and related automation technologies.

Our services may include live online courses, scheduled training sessions, technical consultation, troubleshooting support, and related educational services.

2. Use of the website

You may use our website to:

• Place course orders

• Access enrolled course information
• View session details and course updates
• Contact us for training or consulting support

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use the website for unlawful activity.

4. Course orders and enrollment

When you place an order for a course, your order is recorded through our website checkout system.

Enrollment may be activated after:

• Your order is placed successfully
• Payment is received and verified
• Your account is linked to the purchased course
• Any required course details or session arrangements are confirmed

If payment is not confirmed, your order may remain pending, on hold, or unpaid.

Course access, session details, and joining instructions may be provided through your account, email, WhatsApp, or another official communication channel used by Techtronic Learning.

5. Payments

At this time, Techtronic Learning accepts payment through direct bank transfer.

After placing an order, you may be asked to complete payment using the bank details provided by Techtronic Learning.

You are responsible for entering the correct payment amount and payment reference. We may ask for proof of payment, such as a transaction reference, screenshot, receipt, or confirmation message.

Your enrollment may only be confirmed after payment has been received and verified.

We do not currently process debit card, credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or online wallet payments through the website. If online payment gateways are added in the future, these Terms may be updated.

6. Course schedule and session availability

Course sessions may be delivered live online, remotely, or through another format confirmed by Techtronic Learning.

Session dates, times, and availability may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate schedule information, but schedules may be changed due to instructor availability, technical issues, low enrollment, public holidays, emergencies, or other operational reasons.

If a session is rescheduled, we will attempt to notify enrolled students through the contact details available in their account or order information.

7. Student responsibilities

As a student, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information
• Checking your email, account, or official communication channel for updates
• Joining sessions on time
• Ensuring your internet connection, device, and software are working
• Completing any prerequisites shared before the course
• Respecting the instructor and other students
• Not recording, copying, redistributing, or reselling course materials without permission

Techtronic Learning is not responsible for missed sessions caused by your internet issues, device issues, incorrect contact details, or failure to check updates.

8. Course materials and intellectual property

All course materials, website content, text, graphics, videos, training documents, diagrams, presentations, exercises, and other educational resources provided by Techtronic Learning are protected intellectual property.

You may use course materials for your personal learning or internal professional development only.

You must not:

• Copy or redistribute course materials
• Upload course materials publicly
• Sell or resell course content
• Share paid materials with non-enrolled users
• Record live sessions without permission
• Use our materials to create competing paid training content

Any unauthorized use may result in account restriction, cancellation of access, or legal action where applicable.

9. Consulting and technical support services

Techtronic Learning may offer technical consulting, troubleshooting, or industrial automation support.

Consulting services are based on the information provided by the client. We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and practical guidance, but final implementation, site safety, machine safety, production decisions, and operational responsibility remain with the client or facility owner.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, advice provided through consultation does not replace on-site engineering inspection, safety validation, manufacturer documentation, or compliance review.

10. No guarantee of results

Our courses and services are designed to improve understanding and practical skills in industrial automation. However, learning outcomes depend on each student’s background, effort, practice, technical setup, and prior experience.

We do not guarantee employment, certification, promotion, business results, machine uptime, production improvement, or any specific outcome from completing a course or consultation.

11. Website accuracy

We aim to keep course details, pricing, availability, schedules, and service information accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update content, change pricing, modify course details, or cancel incorrect orders where necessary.

If a correction affects your order, we will contact you where appropriate.

12. Third-party tools and platforms

Our courses or services may use third-party tools such as video meeting platforms, email services, file-sharing tools, security tools, analytics tools, or other external platforms.
